The final talk in this series.
In several places in the gospels, Jesus seems to make astonishing promises about answering our prayers. He will do whatever we ask; with faith as small as a mustard seed we can move mountains.
Yet so many times we ask… and don’t receive. So how do we make sense of these promises, given our experience?
Bill Drewett takes a fresh look at one of these passages, in Luke 17, and then asks how this might shape our approach to hearing God.
