What are values?

Our values are what we devote our time, energy and money to.  We have tried to capture the values that have been part and parcel of bristol vineyard since it started.  It is an attempt to put down on paper the underlying core principles that make us who we are.

This is not a statement of what we believe, but a statement of what, how and why we do the things we do. Our values function as the criteria by which we evaluate and measure what we do and say.  

Although they are not absolutes, they are absolutely crucial to what we do - our priorities - and they also affect the way we do things - our style, or practices. We have broken the values down into four rough groupings: community, discipleship, ministry and worship.  There is no rank ordering intended in any of the sections.
