Each child and young person as an individual.  We aim to love and accept each child and young person within the context of their family situation.

Worship as a constant love language between the Lord and us.  We aim to provide an atmosphere where God is acknowledged for who He is.

The teaching and discipling of children and young people in the Christian faith.  We aim to teach the Bible in age appropriate and relevant ways, and we desire to see each child and young person become the person that God intends them to be.

The sharing of Jesus with others.  We aim to encourage the children and young people to constantly share with their friends and families what they have learned and experienced through knowing Jesus.

Children and young people as ministers in God’s kingdom.  We aim to equip each child and young person with the skills required to extend God’s kingdom in the world.

The integrity and skill of our leaders and workers.  We aim to equip our staff to effectively minister to the children and young people, encouraging excellence in their work.

We currently employ anti-bullying and child-protection policies to ensure that Vineyard Kids and Vineyard Youth are safe and happy places to be - for staff, children and young people.
